The all-inclusive facilities were very clean. The food offered enough variety. I found the staff to be consistently friendly. Mahmoud at reception provided a cute and efficient check-in. He remained helpful with all requests.

I noticed that the pool was quite small. It was often crowded during peak hours. This limited the space available for swimming and relaxation. Guests should be aware of this when planning their pool time

The restaurants provided a la carte menus. Gaia, the Italian restaurant, stood out. Yades, the beach restaurant, offered good food and service. Its manager, Hesham, ensured customer satisfaction. Two weekly Bedouin nights create a pleasant mood.

The hotel has a sandy beach and marvelous location. The staff was cute, attentive, and always ready to assist. Mahmoud, the bellman, and Mohamed Samir & Ahmed from reception were very helpful. The housekeeping staff ensured the room was clean. The restaurants provided tasty dishes and very well-trained waiters.

The pool is small. It is usually crowded. I often used other hotel pools. They are better.
